Well designed, easy to clean
I had a memory foam body pillow and it was too big. Hard to roll over, was too thick. This pillow is perfect! Small, comfy, and keeps my spine aligned. I suggest using the strap on the pillow. Wishing I would have bought this a couple of years ago.
Not as expected
I love everything about it
Works great and as intended, just too squishy for me. The memory foam is too soft for right below my in seam. I need a little more firmness to give a large enough gap for my junk.
This smooshes down to barely a half inch of cushion with minimal pressure on it.
This product was as advertised, and I would highly recommend it.
Recommended by my chiropractor, this has improved my hip/spine alignment when sleeping and I have not had any recurrence of the issue
These pillows really contribute to pain relief due to almost my entire spine being fused.
Very happy it has made a difference on my knees and my hip!

Why Getting a Good Night’s Sleep Is So Important
How you sleep each night plays an integral part in how your next day (and days) go. If you don’t get enough sleep, you’re likely to feel sluggish, drained, or even mentally and physically exhausted. If you do get enough sleep, you can expect to wake up feeling refreshed or even excited about the day in front of you. The amount of sleep you get directly reflects on your mental and physical wellbeing, so it’s important to try and get the best sleep possible each night.
As an adult, you should get at least seven hours of sleep each night. However, it’s important that your sleep is restful. Even if you’re sleeping for seven hours, you can still experience poor or low-quality sleep. Maybe you wake up over and over again and never quite enter REM sleep, or maybe you’re just unable to get comfortable throughout the night.
What Is REM Sleep?
REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement. During REM sleep, your eyes will move around in a range of different directions without sending any visual information to your brain. During non-REM sleep, this doesn’t happen. During REM sleep, you’ll experience dreaming and a more deep, restful type of sleep.
You can expect to go into REM sleep about 90 minutes after you fall asleep, with the first stage lasting you about ten minutes. Each REM cycle after that will last longer, with the last cycle lasting up to an hour. Your brain will be more active during this time, so you’ll have a higher chance of having more intense dreams. Adults are known to spend 20% of their time asleep in REM.
REM sleep is important to achieve because it stimulates areas of your brain that are important, such as those that help with learning and increasing the production of proteins in your body. Without REM sleep, these areas won’t be engaged as much. Even further, without REM sleep, you won’t wake up feeling as well-rested.
How Does Poor Sleep Affect Your Body?
If you don’t sleep well, you can expect it to have a huge impact on your daily life. Here are all the ways that sleeping poorly can affect your body, life, and mind:
Sleep and Body Weight
Poor sleep is actually linked to higher body weight, meaning that if you don’t sleep well, you might start putting on some extra pounds. This may be because you’re not feeling motivated each day to hit the gym or because your hormones are off.
In one study, it was found that children and adults who slept poorly at night were 89% and 55% more likely to develop obesity, respectively. Whether you’re actively trying to lose weight or not, getting the right amount of sleep is important to maintaining your body weight.
Worsened Appetite Regulation
Sleep deprivation is known for causing poor appetite regulation. As a result, if you’re sleep-deprived, you’ll probably end up eating more calories than you would if you got a good amount of healthy sleep the night before. As a result of poor sleep, you’ll experience higher levels of the hormone that stimulates your appetite and lower levels of the hormone that suppresses it.
Difficult with Concentration and be Productivity
Sleep is vital for healthy brain function, including cognition, concentration, performance, and productivity. If you don’t get enough sleep, these functions will be affected.
Basically, when you don’t get enough sleep, you don’t perform as well as you would when you get the correct amount of sleep. To ensure that you’re giving forth your best performance every day, make sure you get enough sleep.
Struggle with Athletics
If you find that your athletic performance is lacking, it might be because you’re not getting enough sleep. You may walk slower, experience a lesser ability to lift heavier weights, and an overall decreased ability to perform any activities that require lots of focus, attention, and ability. Simply put, if you’re trying to lose weight or gain muscle, you’ll severely benefit from getting the correct amount of sleep each day.
Increased Risk of Heart Attack or Stroke
There are many factors that play into your chances of having a heart attack or stroke, such as your diet, your exercise level, and of course, how well you sleep. If you don’t get at least seven hours of sleep each night, you may be putting yourself at higher risk for a heart attack or stroke. On top of that, you may also overeat and work out less, increasing your risk even more.
Increased Risk of Type 2 Diabetes
On top of that, you’ll also have an increased risk of type 2 diabetes. This is because sleeping for less than the recommended amount each night can cause symptoms of prediabetes. While increasing your sleep quality can get rid of these symptoms, continuing to sleep poorly will only make these symptoms worse and worse.
Effects on Your Mental Health
Poor sleep is also known for being linked to a decrease in one’s mental health. You may experience more depression and anxiety. This is because people tend to be more irritable when they don’t get enough sleep, allowing smaller problems to get more under their skin. You may also let things affect you more easily, as you just don’t have the energy to deal with everyday problems.
There are so many more effects that poor sleep has on your body, like decreased immune function, increased inflammation, and trouble participating socially. To solve all of these problems, work on regulating your sleep. There are so many helpful ways to do this.
Good sleep is important, and sometimes you have to work for it. Use our knee pillow (and other comfort materials) to help get the good sleep you need. When you fall asleep comfortably, you’ll stay asleep longer.
Benefits of Using a Knee Pillow to Sleep
Obviously, the largest benefit of using a knee pillow is its ability to help you sleep better. However, when you break down what that really means, how it actually helps you to sleep better, you’ll find that there are many other benefits of using a knee pillow. Sure, you’ll sleep great while you use it, but you’ll also improve your blood flow, increase your comfort, and more.
1. Will Make You More Comfortable While Reducing Muscle Tension
If you’re the kind of person that locks their knees together at night, a knee pillow will help prevent this from happening. Not only will it prevent your knees from locking too tight, but it will also keep your hips aligned. This will reduce the muscle tension in your lower body and allow you to sleep much more comfortably.
2. Reduces Spine and Neck Pain; Soothes Muscle Pains and Strains
When you sleep with a pillow under your knees, your spine is properly aligned. This is crucial to good sleep. It prevents spine and neck pain and also soothes the muscles throughout your back. By allowing yourself to sleep with a properly aligned spine, you’ll wake up in less pain, feeling ready to start your day.
3. Can Be Used by People With Breathing Abnormalities
Knee pillows are also great for people who have breathing abnormalities that keep them from sleeping properly. The use of a knee pillow can help to aid in treating sleep apnoea. By aligning your spine and opening up your airways, you’ll be able to sleep without interruption.
4. Soothes Sciatica, Reduces Lower Back Pain, and Prevents Varicose Veins
There are so many different types of aches and pains that can be managed by using a knee pillow. While sticking a pillow between or under your knees may seem like a simple solution, it can really help treat many different problems.
By alleviating the pressure on your spine, you can help to treat pain associated with sciatica and other back and leg problems. You can also reduce the pressure on your lower back and prevent blood constriction, therefore preventing varicose veins.
5. Prevents Your Spine from Condensing
Whether you sleep on your side or on your back, your spine can condense if you aren’t sleeping in a good position. With the help of a knee pillow, you can prevent your spine from condensing into itself, preventing any back aches and pains.
6. Prevents Your Hips from Rotating
The use of a knee pillow will also help to keep your hips locked into place. When your hips don’t rotate, your spine becomes more stable. Overall, this also helps to aid in preventing different types of pain.
7. Keeps Your Blood Flowing
When your spine condenses, and your knees lock, you constrict the blood flow throughout your body. When you don’t have healthy blood flow, you can cause varicose veins and a variety of other health problems. By opening up your legs and hips, you’ll increase your circulation.
Support Pillows for All Types of Sleepers
No matter what type of sleeper you are, there’s a support pillow that will work for you. Even if you don’t experience pain throughout the night, sleeping with some extra support still may help you. Try out these different types of pillows if:
You Sleep On Your Side…
If you sleep on your side, the knee pillow was made for you. The knee pillow was made to be placed between your legs and strapped onto your legs. This will properly align your hips and knees to make your lower body more comfortable. Your spine may still condense in this position, but there aren’t many solutions to that when you sleep on your side.
You Sleep On Your Back…
If you sleep on your back, you may suffer from a curved spine or rotated hips. To help properly align your spine and ensure that you’re sleeping in the most comfortable of positions, try placing a bolster pillow or triangular-shaped pillow under your knees. This will ensure that your back and hips are at the correct angle.
You Sleep On Your Stomach…
If you sleep on your stomach, you likely won’t benefit from a knee pillow. However, you should place a soft, flat pillow under your stomach and pelvis to help get the spinal alignment that you’re looking for.
What Should I Look for in a High-Quality Knee Pillow?
When picking out a knee pillow, you should look for something that is high-quality and will last you a long time. Settling for a cheap alternative pillow will only cause you a headache. With quality issues and material that isn’t up to snuff, you’ll be wishing you had purchased from Everlasting Comfort in the meantime.
A good knee pillow will be made out of high-density memory foam. Choosing this material over another type of material will ensure that the pillow contours to your body, providing you with support that is custom to your body.
High-quality memory foam will also be able to stand up to your body weight. It’s important to keep these factors in mind when choosing your pillow. Some materials just won’t be able to withstand your weight, or they may make you sweaty if they can’t regulate heat properly.
A removable cover is important as it ensures that your knee pillow is easy to wash when you need to. Of course, you’ll have to wash the insert every so often as well, but having a removable cover makes it so that a quick wash is always simple and fast. Without a removable cover, you’ll always have to wash the entire pillow when you want it clean, which can be time-consuming.
Our pillows come with leg straps that ensure that your pillow will stay at your knees throughout the night. Some pillows that don’t have straps will get easily kicked away after a few minutes of being asleep, meaning they won’t be effective at all. With our pillow, you can be certain that it will remain in place all night.
You should also always make sure that the product you’re purchasing has a good return policy. If it doesn’t, you might get stuck with something that you don’t like. At Everlasting Comfort, you are always welcome to return your product if it doesn’t meet your standards (but we have a feeling it will).
Lifetime Guarantee and Warranty
A lifetime warranty or guarantee is another important aspect that all products should have. Not only will you be able to trade in your product if there are any quality issues, but having this guarantee shows how serious we are about the quality of our products. It shows that we stand behind our product wholeheartedly.
