  • Essential oils usually come in super-concentrated doses, so it is important to keep in mind that you may need to dilute these oils with a carrier oil or water to prevent any type of unfavorable reactions. For example, a general guideline you can follow is diluting six drops of essential oils per 1 ounce of carrier oil.
